1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ZeyronCloud services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
We provide Minecraft game server hosting, Discord bot hosting and related infrastructure services. Services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include illegal content distribution, spam, malware distribution, cryptocurrency mining and DDoS attacks.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance for all services. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout in INR and PKR. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are available within 24 hours of the initial purchase only.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% network uptime. In case of extended downtime caused by our infrastructure, service credits may be provided as outlined in our SLA documentation.
7. Data Protection
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data. However, you remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of your server data. We are not liable for data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, access to the services will be discontinued and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
